Artist's Comments
another classic paris depiction. it's an adaptation of another artist's work which is not as good in that it's not completely original. but i believe art is about copying, developing and adapting and exchange and reproduction of ideas. so ya.
You mean, you believe in appropriation! (if you want to use an arty term..)
It's like the saying: No idea is original - where did you get yours?
I love the vivid colours! I'm no paining expert, but I think this is great!
Well done!

Nuh. The one you did on the wall of E Block is still better. Because i remember looking at it and turning the buildings inside out...hmm, how do i explain this? You know when you start drawing a cube, and when before you've finished drawing, you can look at the lines and kind of flip it out and in? Does that makes sense at all? I'll show you on monday...
But anyway, the one in E block was blurry and surreal. Not that this isn't good, but i just liked that one more.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More

I would suggest making the file smaller so the full veiw is a more reasonable size though.
